Important Information
| Attention Homeowners – If your property is a rental during anytime of the year, we need this form filled out and returned to the Management Company. So that you are aware, rentals of less than 30 days are not allowed. This is per the governing documents of Villa de Vallarta and it is also a violation of the city code of Scottsdale Az. Fines can be incurred from both the HOA and the City of Scottsdale for rentals of less than 30 days. Should you rent out your unit more than once per year, you will need to fill out a form for each new rental. You may contact the Management Company if you need additional forms during the year. This will not only help us keep track of who belongs on the property, and who doesn’t, but will also verify that your renters are aware of the Rules and Regulations of Villa de Vallarta. We believe this will help to minimize violations by your renters as well as keeping Villa de Vallarta the attractive, comfortable and safe community that we all enjoy. Rental Information Sheet |
